Bought your TV for Christmas and finally got the cable people to install the cable. I had to write to tell you how happy we are. Not having previously been familiar with your brand I was a little skeptical. We are absolutely thrilled. Winter in South Florida sitting outside watching TV and sipping on a cool chardonnay-life doesn't get much better than this!

My wife and I just finished a new covered deck that we spend a
lot of time enjoying the outside. What would make it better would be a TV.
After a lot of research we settled on the 4610 SKYVUE. Placed the order on a
Saturday night, had conformation of shipment on Monday and received shipment
on Wednesday. It doesn't get any better than that except for the quality of
the picture. Amazing is all we could say. It's better than any of the other
TV's in the house. If you are looking for a product like this you will not
find a better deal.

I appreciate your efforts. It would have been normal for most companies to not go to the extra effort when there is no benefit to them. We are having a pool/pergola/kitchen (whole 9 yards basically) put in. The pool company is top notch and does high end pools. When we asked for their recommendation on a TV, it was one of your competitors (Sunbrite) that was suggested. This was the one area that after research I have gone with my gut instinct to go with you guys. I have to say that from everything I have read, and your actions today, I am feeling really good with my decision. If this works out as well as I believe it will, I will makes sure our pool company knows that there is another (better) alternative in the future. It may amount to nothing, but as a small business owner myself I know that word of mouth can be a great help to a business. Thanks and have a great day.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!! My husband just received his fathers day gift and loves it. We sat outside last night had a fire and watched the Tigers. The whole family is loving it, my son just got home from a week long wrestling camp pulled a lounge chair and umbrella and the fan he took to camp (which was hilarious) set it up on the deck and did not move until the mosquitoes came out. What a great idea and Product!!!! We love it and appreciate all the hard work that went into making our TV.

I love it!!! I set it up next to my "high end" Samsung to test it out and make sure it wasn't damaged in shipping and frankly it has a nicer picture. And the camo??? WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are still in the midst of renovations to our house, but I was able to show it to my general contractor and mason (who is the one that is going to build an outdoor courtyard with a freestanding fireplace where the tv will be mounted) and they were absolutely blown away!!! Once the work is completed, I will be happy to send you photos and would be proud to have them displayed on your website if you so choose. No idea what your market penetration is here in New England, but if this turns out to be what I think it's going to be, I'd even be happy to serve as a reference site for you. If you have some extra brochures lying around and want to send them to me, I have a feeling that many of my friends and colleagues will be asking a lot of questions. I'll speak with you soon.

I have to tell you this has been one of THE best purchase experiences I have had in a very long time and my hat is off to you and your company. This is the kind of experience everyone should have every time they purchase something. What’s even better is the fact that you’re a US company! It’s great to be able to say “Made in the USA” with the Skyvue product.

I have my best friend from the Midwest coming to visit us over the holidays and he’s interested in the outdoor TV as he’s considering it for a remodel at his home in Iowa. You can be sure who I’m going to be pointing him to……it’s one thing to buy a great product and it’s totally another to get great service to boot after the sale. This clearly qualifies on both fronts.

I purchased a Skyvue TV and have been extremely pleased. Their service after the sale is incredible. I received the TV and installed it in my brand new Cabana. I had a large party (father's day) planned the next day and I had spent quite a bit of time and $ to make everything right. When I turned the TV on nothing happened. It was a Saturday so I did not expect anyone to be at the Skyvue factory but left a message nonetheless. Lo and behold a sales manager got the message and after speaking with him we determined it was a faulty power cord. The next morning the president of the company Craig Sloan drove it 50 miles to my house and it fixed the problem. We were blown away. Those guys are building an incredible business.
