1 Year Warranty and Procedure

SkyVue provides a one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original end-user purchaser. 

If the SkyVue Outdoor TV is found and proven to be defective under the terms and conditions set-forth in this limited warranty statement, SkyVue will provide the following:

LABOR: SkyVue will provide for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date all labor for warranty repair at no charge.

PARTS: SkyVue will repair or replace with new or similar parts at no charge all defective parts for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.

All warranty repairs will be done by SkyVue.

 

IT PAYS TO SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL TV BOXES!!!!!

 

If customer saves their original SKYVUE corrugated TV packaging boxes and cushions, SkyVue will provide our customer with a pre-paid fully insured UPS Ground Label to send product back to SkyVue. Simply put, return freight cost will be paid by SkyVue. 

 

If after inspection at SkyVue the TV is found defective, Skyvue will will pay all UPS Ground freight cost including insurance to return fixed product back to customer.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Damage incurred while in shipping and handling, because this is not a warranty issue. But don't panic, SkyVue insures "ALL" shipments at full value with UPS to protect our customers from any financial risk in the unlikely event that damage occurs in this stage of  shipping and handling.
  • Damage caused while unpacking, and/or removing product from packing material.
  • Damage caused from improper installation practices.
  • Damage incurred in the modification of the product and/or incorporating into other products.
  • Damage incurred by incorrect, improper, or non-sufficient supply of incoming voltage supply.
  • Damage incurred by scratches or blemishes to the LED screen and/or exterior housing from improper cleaning techniques. i.e. volatile solvents
  • Damage cause by any failure, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper storage, improper maintenance, damage or personal injury due to accident, neglect, misuse or abuse by the customer or to improper operation, improper maintenance, improper storage or the failure to follow normal operating procedures as specified in the SkyVue TV Users Manual.
  • Damage that is a result from fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of God.
  • Any owner other than the original end user.
  • If the SkyVue serial number has been removed, defaced, damaged, or tampered with.
  • Cosmetic damage to the surface or exterior that has been defaced, faded, or worn and torn due to atmospheric exposure, acid rain, large hail, or adverse weather conditions.
  • Unusual signal interference due from “dirty” airways, weak signal from multi-wire runs or “weak” signals from cable and/or satellite company.
  • Shipping cost to return unit received at SkyVue that is found to have no warranty defect.
  • Product tampered with, adjusted, or modified by a non-authorized SkyVue representative.
  • Quality of picture when SkyVue TV is installed directly in sunlight with LED screen is directly exposed into sunlight.


SKYVUE and its representatives and agents shall in no event be liable for any general, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of/or caused by the use of/or the inability to use this product. This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, and all other liabilities on the part of SKYVUE. All other warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed by SKYVUE and its representatives and/or agents. The laws of some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, this warranty shall be deemed modified to be consistent with such laws, This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other right that may vary from state to state.

All repairs and inspections under this Limited Warranty must be performed by the SkyVue Service facility in Rock Hill, SC. SkyVue email address is info@skyvue.com

 

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

Call the SkyVue Customer Support Center at (877) 475-9883 to request a SkyVue Warranty representative to address your technical warranty questions, or send your request to SkyVue TV, 1429 Dve Lyle Blvd, Rock Hill, SC 29730. In the event that our Customer Support Center representative cannot resolve the issue or question, you will then be issued a SkyVue Return Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number will be used to track your SKYVUE TV.

The product must be returned to SkyVue corporate headquarters in its original or equivalent packaging. SkyVue advises customers to insure the value of the shipment. If needed, the customer can order a new shipping package directly from SkyVue.
