SkyVue Inc., does not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise retransmit any Personally Identifiable Information that we collect online unless we have your permission. Any Personally Identifiable Information you provide to us will be used for your purchase.
Returns: Customer can return item(s) purchased from SKYVUE at their discretion, and for any reason. SKYVUE must be notified within 72 hours after receipt of any type of return. A RMA number will need to be issued to customer before any product is returned. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the box. Product has to be in the original packaging, all manuals, accessories, warranty cards have to be included in the return. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the transaction (both directions). Returns have to be back within 10 days of the delivery date to the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer for the return.
Special order item (s), close out, and custom made items cannot be returned.
Any item(s) that arrive in damaged or unusable condition will be replaced or fixed free of charge by SKYVUE in an expeditious and timely manner.
Any damage or unusable claim must be reported to SKYVUE within 36 hours of receipt of items.
Refunds will be issued back onto the original credit card used in the transaction.

Shipping: SKYVUE policy is to inventory standard products. Our goal is to ship orders of standard products within 24 hours, provided the product is available. Non standard color SKYVUE TV’s normally take 1-2 weeks to be ship out.
All freight cost are a responsibility of the customer. SKYVUE will use UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified by customer.
International customers will need to contact SKYVUE directly about payment when placing orders. When SkyVue ships their customers products, they are insured for full value to protect our customers from the unlikley event that damage occurs during shipment. Our email address is info@skyvue.com
